All appointments are pre-paid only. They require a full payment at the time of booking. Appointments can be scheduled online preferably, or by phone, with a CREDIT CARD.
CANCELLATION POLICY / RESCHEDULING
We value your time. Please value our time. All appointments are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We have a strict 48 Hour Advance Notice of Cancellation Policy. You may reschedule your appointment with a 48 hour advanced notice online or by phone 708-268-9412 without penalty.
All "No-Shows" or clients calling or contacting SkinHappy with a few minutes prior to their appointment, will be considered a "No Show" and the full amount of the service will be forfeited. No refund available.
