PRE-PAYING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
We work only by appointment and do not take walk-ins.
All appointments require full payment at time of booking. When you pre-pay for our appointment, you make a commitment and secure your time and your service.
When we accept your appointment, we make a commitment to be in the office for you and your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY / RESCHEDULING
We value your time. Please value our time.
Because we schedule BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, we have a strict 48 Hour Advance Notice of Cancellation Policy.
You may reschedule your appointment with a 48 hour advanced notice, either online or by phone 708-268-9412 without penalty.
"NO-SHOW" CLIENTS
All "No-Shows" will be charged the full amount of the service. No refund available.
SCENT-FREE ZONE
Please do not wear heavy perfume to your appointment. SkinHappy operates inside of Carolina Family Acupuncture. We do not use any harsh chemical scents. You will experience only organic essential oils and natural scents.
CELL PHONES
For your comfort and to minimize interruptions and distractions, please silence your phone. during your appointment.
BRINGING GUESTS WITH YOU
You many bring a friend/guest with you, however, they must wait in the waiting area. If the client is a minor, one adult parent may stay with them in the facial room..
RETURN POLICY
All purchases are FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.
All services, because of their nature, cannot be returned or refunded, however, if you are not satisfied, then your service has not been completed and we will work toward your full satisfaction.
