SCENT-FREE ZONE

Please do not wear perfume to your appointment. SkinHappy operates inside of Carolina Holistic Health. We do not use any harsh chemical scents.  You will experience only organic essential oils and natural scents.

CELL PHONES

For your comfort and to minimize interruptions and distractions, please silence your phone.

BRINGING GUESTS WITH YOU

You many bring a friend/guest with you and they may make themselves comfortable in our waiting area.  If the client is a minor, one adult parent may stay in facial room with them.

APPOINTMENTS / RESERVATIONS

All appointments require a CREDIT CARD reservation of 50% of the service total.  All appointments scheduled online are pre-pay only.

CANCELLATION POLICY / RESCHEDULING

We value your time.  Please value our time.  All appointments are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  We have a  strict 48 Hour Advance Notice of Cancellation Policy. You​ ​may​​ ​reschedule​ ​your​ ​appointment​ ​with​ a​ ​48​ ​hour​ advanced ​notice online without penalty if you originally booked online or BY PHONE OR TEXT 708-268-9412.  Canceling or Rescheduling with less than a 48 hour advance notice, forfeits your reservation deposit of 50% and your credit card will be charged.

 

"NO-SHOW" CLIENTS

Any "No-Shows" automatically forfeit reservation deposit and your credit card will be charged the same day of the missed appointment.

RETURN POLICY

All purchases are FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. All services, because of their nature, cannot be returned or refunded, however, if you are not satisfied, then your service has not been completed and we will work toward your full satisfaction.

Gratuities are not included in your price.  Although gratuities are considered customary with luxury services and are greatly appreciated, they are never expected and are always left to your discretion.​
