CONSULTATION

APPLICATION / MEDICATION / SUPPLEMENTS

You will fill out an application here in the office.

You will need to have a complete list of all medications and supplements with you.

If you have been under the care of a physician within the past 12 months for an illness even if you are no longer ill or are in remission, you will need a physician's note "Clearing you for Permanent Cosmetics." 

YOUR FACE / MAKEUP / EYEBROWS

Wear your full day-time makeup as you normally wear it.

We will take a "before" photo.

Your makeup will be removed.

We will take an "after" photo.

We will review the photos as well as your eyebrows, using a mirror.

Please bring in a photo of yourself.

You may bring magazine photos of eyebrows you like, however, please keep in mind that the brows from a magazine

may not work with your facial features or your facial structure and measurements.

We will enhance your eyebrows and apply the shape and color that is the most flattering for your face.

CONSULTATION FEE / DEPOSIT

A deposit of $200 is required to schedule your procedure. Please refer to the "Consultation" page in this website.

 

TIME COMMITTMENT

Your appointment will be approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours for your first appointment and approximately 1 hour for your follow up appointment.

FEES / DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION  /PAYMENT

Please be aware that a DEPOSIT of $200 is REQUIRED at Booking.

The deposit is NON-TRANSFERABLE.

The full $200 deposit will be applied to your balance, however, please be aware that 

$50 of your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE should you decide to cancel.

Although $50 from your deposit is non-refundable, if you fail to notify us prior to 48 hours (as stated above) that you would like to reschedule, you forfeit your entire deposit of $200 that would have normally gone toward your balance. 

You may reschedule up to 2 times without penalty, when notifying us 48 or more hours in advance. If you reschedule more than 2 times, your deposit will be reduced by 50% with each rescheduling.   

On the day of your service, the remaining balance is expected at that time.

We accept all major credit cards OR cash only. No checks will be accepted.
